Rental Rates
Overnight Retreat Rental
$300 per night; two-night minimum stay (Friday and Saturday). Beginning January 1, 2012, the rate will be $350/night.
Our one flat rate allows you the opportunity to plan a retreat around a special group of friends, whether it be two or ten. You control the price per person by how many attend! (Example: 10 people = $30 per night.) Remember, you get the whole house!
If you’re looking for a multi-day getaway, we’re offering a deal: Stay three nights in a row and receive the fourth night FREE!
Workroom and Kitchen Rental (Weekdays)
Up to four hours: $50
Four to eight hours: $75
The workroom/kitchen day rental fee does not include the use of the sleeping area.
Additional Rentals
Coffee/Tea Service: $15
Linens and Special Occasion Table Setups (other than our daily dinnerware): $25

How many people can I bring? The facility accomodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests and 25 day guests.
How do I reserve? Please call or email us to book your dates. For overnight rentals, the deposit is 50% of your total rental fee. For day rentals, the deposit is $25. For all rentals, the deposit is due within two (2) weeks of making your registration. (This helps us avoid confusion on the calendar.) The balance is due upon arrival. We will be able to accept bank cards as of January 2011.
How do we arrange meals?
1. Delicious catered meals are available from 231 North Catering. Please contact Tessa Wicks at 509-796-4550 for details.
2. Share your favorite meals from home. Use our kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a group from two to ten.
3. If you would like to get out of the house, there are several eating establishments within walking distance of us. They serve great food and are terrific people!
When can we show up? We will be as flexible as possible in arranging the check-in and departure times to accommodate your schedule.
What happens if it snows? If cancellations occur due to winter weather, your booking fees will be applied to a future date. (Winter = December through March)
